Kenneth Broder is a native New Yorker where he was born and raised. He has since traveled the world and has been living abroad for many years.


Kenneth founded ADITUS to fulfill a need for so many people out there like himself that were attempting to resolve all their travel and leisure needs and errands amidst a busy schedule with enormous work responsibilities; especially those who live abroad and often find themselves traveling to the U.S.A. Kenneth’s background is grounded in years of event planning for organizations and companies that he has managed.

ADITUS’ areas of expertise include bespoke customized itineraries, destination management, first class corporate event planning, entertainment, personal shopping and curated medical and wellness for its clients.

1How do I acquire these services?
This is not an a la carte service. You need to subscribe to our services completely in order to benefit from them.
2Is property management included?
No, property management is the only service that needs to be contracted separate from our menu of services.
3How much does the concierge service cost?
After completing the membership application, we will send an estimate of your annual fee.
4How is property management assessed?
Every property has a “market rental value”. We will determine the rental value of your property and you will be charged 5% of this amount monthly.
5How do I pay for services that are arranged or acquired through ADITUS?
Every member has a credit card number on file, and all services are billed through the credit card.
6If I only want medical concierge services, can this be arranged?
Typically no, however, we can take on those clients needing our services with a one-time fee and then hourly charge for services rendered.
7If I need property management but also would like to have the lifestyle services provided, how is this billed?
Property Management is 5% of market rental value of the property, for those clients requiring our additional services, the percentage charge would be 12% of market rental value.
8Are their additional charges?
No, once you are a member and your fees or percentages have been assessed, there are no hourly or additional charges other than purchases of any sort through our service.
9Are reservations and tickets etc. guaranteed?
As the saying goes, the only thing in life that is guaranteed is death and taxes: however, we will go to bat for you and make every extreme effort using our network of contacts to attain for you the services that your require. That is our specialty.
10Are you a realtor?
No. We do however, have several top realtors in the market who we refer and can guide you through the tedious process of finding the right property at the right cost.
